We have extensive experience across the trade disciplines, and carry out high quality restorations, alterations and conversions across Warwickshire and the West Midlands.
Our experience with listed, period, and heritage buildings means that we can advise on the correct materials and techniques for the project. Correct may mean historically accurate for the building's period, or it may mean the best fit for blending a new feature or section to a much older building. However, correct always means high quality materials and techniques to meet current building regulation standards without adversely affecting the fabric of the existing structure.
We also work on post war and modern buildings, and are able to combine contemporary interiors and extensions with buildings of any age. If you have specific questions about your project or plans feel free to send an email with as much details as possible.
An important factor in the smooth progression of a building project is project management. In addition to experience, we can offer qualified (Prince2) project management abilities to keep things on track.
